Abstract

The construction of an economical society plays an important role in building the harmonious socialist society and implementing the Outlook of Scientific Development in all respacts.To some extent,the present legal system has shortages and lags behind in the construction of an economical society.Therefore,we should draw up and perfect correlated laws and regulations.Besides,supervision of law execution is needed to be strengthened.
