Abstract
Objective To evaluate the differential diagnostic value of CT features of solitary thyroid nodules. Methods This study has reviewed the CT features of thyroid nodules by using tissue diagnosis as the reference standard. Results statistically significant(P0.05)findings of malignant were ill-margin,micro-calcification,sensitivity was 50.0%,40.0% respectively, specificity was 89.1%、92.7% respectively, accuracy was 90.8%、88.1% respectively. Conclusion The ill-margin and micro-calcification are the characteristic features of malignant nodules, and the capsule and cystic are the characteristic features of benign nodules.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
