Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression of 14-3-3β protein in chronic cervicitis,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical carcinoma.Methods:The expression levels of 14-3-3β protein mRNA were detected by RT-PCR in chronic cervicitis,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and cervical carcinoma.The experimental data were analyzed by ImageTool software and SPSS11.5 software.Results:The expression levels of 14-3-3β protein mRNA in chronic cervicitis group,CINⅠ group,CINⅡ group,CINⅢ group and cervical carcinoma group were(0.61±0.07),(0.69±0.03),(1.11±0.13),(1.29±0.08) and(1.45±0.02),respectively,the expression levels of 14-3-3β protein mRNA in cervical carcinoma group,CINⅡ group and CINⅢ group were significantly higher than that in chronic cervicitis group(P0.01).There was significant difference in 14-3-3β protein mRNA level between CIN group and cervical carcinoma group(P0.01).With the degeneration of CIN,the expression level of 14-3-3β protein mRNA increased significantly(P0.05).There was no significant difference in 14-3-3β protein mRNA level between CINⅠ group and chronic cervicitis group(P0.05).Conclusion:The expression of 14-3-3β protein mRNA are up-regulation in CINⅡ,CINⅢ and cervical carcinoma,which may be useful to guide early diagnosis and therapy of cervical carcinoma.
