Abstract
The paper discusses the problem of the development rights for rural collective land not being completely recognized in the process of land expropriation,pointing out that land expropriation,especially that for the common benefit has imposed harm on the land development rights.The paper also analyzes the negative influence caused by low cost compensation in land expropriation and offers some suggestions for the compensation of land development rights.
