Abstract

There are not the clearly defined collective land property rights and the lagging of land expropriation system, so it induced many issues in the land expropriation, most important of these issues are the allocation of land benefits and the compensation for peasants. In the paper, the author attemptss to discuss the necessity of land development rights and the positive influences of land expropriation reformation.
