The Reflection and Improvement of Practical Law Education

Law is a very practical subject;however,the phenomenon of emphasizing theoretical teaching while despising practical teaching still exists in today's law education which increases the difficulties of getting jobs for students after graduation.Therefore,we need to analyze the problems,establish a professional and practical idea in the law education and learning,put emphasis on the importance of practical law teaching,and build a reasonable practical law education system.On this basis,we should reflect the concept and system of traditional law education to improve the proficiency of law education.
