Abstract

The legal science is a practical and applied subject,its teaching should pay great attention to the raising of students ability in practice.Practical law education is inevitably becoming the breakthrough of education reform.At present,mode of practical law education in institutions of higher learning is still not systematic.This thesis mainly discusses mode of practical law education.
