Ponder on How to Intensify and Recognize the Practical Teaching in Law Education

Abstract

Intensifying classroom teaching more than practical teaching in law education for a long time,brings many problems in training person with ability in the object of notion and ability. The pattern of the existing law education has deviated from the object of cultivating the persons in the subject of law with high capability,which accords with the demanding of the law system developing.
