Financial problems of security management in universities

University financial security management is to control the financial risks in universities within the scope of the security by a series of measures,so as to maintain financial work running normally and healthily and fully meet the requirements of development of universities.Based on the summary of financial security characteristics of university management,from four aspects of capital assets,internal control,information technology,and professional quality,university financial risk and issue facing the security management will be analyzed in this paper.The exploration and research of improving the level of financial security management measures means is discussed.This paper aims at serious financial discipline,improving financial management mechanism,making some reference on standardized financial and economic order,in order to deepen the comprehensive reform in the field of education and promote the new,normal and strict discipline to provide theoretical support.
