The Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Financial Management in Universities

Financial management in universities is the key of university management,which connects with the development of universities. With the constant reform of teaching system about high- institute,currently,a majority of universities adopt the school- running patterns of raising fund by multiple channels which causes new problems and contradiction for universities. The paper mainly analyses the problems of contemporary financial management in universities in terms of the system of financial management,budget management,the management of funds for scientific research,assets management,credit risk,and puts forward problem- solving measures such as innovating the financial management system,increasing the efficiency of capital operation and building a new financial management philosophy.
