Abstract

Financial management is an important part of college internal management.Under the new situation,increasingly wide range of financial operations,financial work is changing from the accounting model to management model,only to establish the correct financial management system,and improve the financial management system;strengthen financial management in order to make universities achieve greater economic and social benefits.
