Abstract
The implementation of quality-oriented education must take the cultivation of innovative ability and practical ability as the key point.To cultivate innovative students,the teachers must be innovative.The students of normal universities must possess innovative features because they will be future teachers in basic education.Courses in normal universities should make use of educational technology to provide more opportunities for students to participate in the teaching process and to cultivate their innovative ability.
