Abstract

The study on Diplomatic Institutions of Late Qing began from the period of Republican China.After 1970—1980s,it came into a new era and had fruitful results with the great progress of the study of the Modern Sino-Foreign Relations History and Modern Diplomacy History.But it appears flimsy overall and still has many blind spots and blank spaces to remedy.As a result,it's necessary to transform the study orientation based on the current study,push forward and reinforce the study on Diplomatic Institutions of Late Qing.
