Abstract

The microstructure and mechanical properties of 7A04 aluminum alloy in higher temperature solid solution were investigated by means of loading specimen in higher temperature,solution in short-time and higher temperature,mechanical properties test and metallographic observation.The results show the strength of 7A04 aluminum alloy is increase with the increase of solution temperature and the increase of the strength of 7A04 aluminum alloy is attributed to the increase of vacancy; The R_m,R_(p0.2)and A of 7A04 aluminum alloy are 652.3 N/mm~2,553.7 N/mm~2and 2.6%, respectively when 7A04 aluminum alloy were loading specimen at 500℃,solution in 510℃ 20 min and aging in 140℃ 6 h+150℃ 1 h.
