Abstract
In this experiment,Kefeng 07 maize were treated by seed soaking and irrigation treatments in seedling period with different concentrations of BaBaAn.We observed morphological indexes such as seed germination,stem diameter,plant height,euphylla growth rate and also physiological indexes like photosynthetic pigment content and nitrate reductase activity.The results showed:BaBaAn could effectively improve the germination rate and germination energy of the seed,especially the group of consistency of 200 mg/L,which shows the most significant overall effect;BaBaAn could promote the growth and development of maize seedling and showed significant difference;the 200 mg/L group has the best effect;BaBaAn could increase the photosynthetic pigments which was most obvious on the role of chlorophyll,and the 200 mg/L group was the most prominent;100 mg/L concentration could significantly improve nitrate reductase activity and enhance the capacity of using NO-3.The result indicated that BaBaAn could promote maize seed germination and seedling growth.
