Abstract
Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical value of platelet parameters in patients with cirrhosis.Method:To detect parameter index with blood analyzer for 128 cases of cirrhosis platelet, and compare with 110 cases of platelet parameters in healthy control group.Result:The platelet count(PLT) and platelet hematocrit(PCT) in cirrhosis group were lower than the healthy control group, the mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW) and large platelet ratio(P-LCR) in cirrhosis group were higher than the healthy control group, the differences were statistically significance(P0.05).The platelet count(PLT) and platelet hematocrit(PCT) in bleeding group were lower than non-bleeding group, the mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW) and large platelet ratio(P-LCR) in bleeding group were higher than the non-bleeding group, the differences were statistically significance(P0.05). Conclusion:The platelets of cirrhosis patients have abnormal aspects of quality and quantity, detection of platelet parameters may reflect the degree of liver cell injury for patients with cirrhosis, for clinical judgment of the disease, treatment and prognosis providing valuable reference.
