Abstract
Objective To study the blood fiow characteristic of uterine myoma and to assess the hemodynamic change of uterine artery in hysteromyoma before and after uterine arterial embolization(UAE).Methods The uterine arteries, intratumor arteries and bilateries were explored by color Doppler flow imagine(CDFI)at one week before UAE and one week after UAE,2~3months after UAE in 26 cases with hysteromyoma. Results The color imagines of all arteries were disappeared at one month UAE,and part uterine arteries could be detected by CDFI at 2~3 months after UAE. Conclusion UAE can treat hysteromyoma effectively in the early stage, and CDFI provides an important method for evaluating the effect of UAE.
