A Comparative Study of Cultivating Athletic Reserve Talents in Traditional Schools and Sports Schools in Henan Province

Through consulting extensive domestic literature and books on schools and sports schools,this paper,based on expects' suggestions and the result of the questionnaire,summarizes the structural system of the comparative study about cultivating athletic reserve talents in traditional schools and sports schools.Compared with sports schools,traditional schools posses relatively more perfect enrollment management system,better ways to select students,but their coaches have less sports experience;the conflict between learning and training is relatively more moderate,and the athletes have more reasonable training time and frequency,better culture learning atmosphere and more scientific competing entries but fewer times;traditional schools have more sufficient funds because of their more funds sources.
