Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on medication compliance in patients with hypertension. Methods 120 cases of hypertension patients were choosen in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2012,they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,medication compliance and patients' satisfaction of two groups were evaluated. Results The compliance in intervention group was 93. 3%,higher than that of control group of 71. 7%;The total satisfaction in intervention group was 95. 0%,higher than that of control group of 58. 3%. Conclusion Nursing interventions on patients with hypertension can help them improve medication compliance,so that patients get better control of blood pressure,improve patient s' satisfaction,which is a better approach to care.
