Influence of nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes medication compliance

Abstract
Objective: To observe the influence of nursing intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes medication compliance.Methods: From February 2010 to November 2012 in our hospital 84 cases of diabetic patients in this study were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine nursing,the experimental group were treated with high-quality nursing interventions,compared the two groups of patients with medication compliance.Results: The experimental group after nursing,medication adherence excellent in 31 cases,good in 10 cases,good rate reached 97.62%,significantly higher than those in the control group(66.67%,28 /42),P 0.05,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion: Patients with type 2 diabetes to give high-quality hospital care interventions can effectively improve patient medication compliance,and mitigate its negative emotions,it is worth the application.
