Abstract
Objective: To explore the therapeutic protocol for refractory and relapsed acute leukemia(AL).Methods: 27 cases of refractory and relapsed AL were treated with TEAA(THP,VP16,AMSA,Ara-C) regimen, which consisted of THP10mg/d(d1~3),VP16 100mg/d(d1~4),AMSA75mg/d(d1~3),intravenous drip,Ara-C200mg/d(d1~7),intravenous drip. Results: 17 patients((59.3%)) achieved complete remission,5 patients((18.5%)) achieved partial remission, overall effective rate was(77.8%).Conclusions: TEAA regimen in treatment of refractory and relapsed AL is an effective means.
