ON THE ESSENCE AND PRACTICE SYSTEM OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Abstract

Circular economy is a new mode of economic development emerging in western developed countries, and it has created great economic and environmental benefits. This economic development mode is now being introduced into China and people differ in their theoretical understanding of it. This article identifies the essence of circular economy, illustrates the relationship between circular economy and sustainable development and analyzes the practice system in the construction of a circular economy in China.
