Based on the analysis of the basic status about the citizenship of peasant workers,it is thought that present peasant workers have many difficulties in becoming city residents and being integrated into cities really because of the restriction of some respects like the household restriction system,the social security,the public services,the social culture in cities and the high fluidity of farmer workers.In order to solve the problems of peasant workers,governments should take the guiding part,eliminate the system barriers,improve the security system,develop township enterprises greatly,and thus form the effective push and pull mechanism.Only in this way,can the problems about the citizenship of peasant workers be solved basically.
