On the Cause of the Problems of Peasant Workers’Rights

The protection of peasant workers’rights has increasingly become the focus of attention,but also the pressing problem of contemporary Chinese society in transition period.The survival status of peasant workers in cities caused the problem of protecting the rights of peasant workers.From the system level,the binary segmentation problems of the household registration system of urban and rural areas are the primary factors.Other factors are restrictive employment policy,the inequality of education and training system,and inadequate social security system.From non-system perspective,the social discrimination against peasant workers,the lack of self-protection awareness and the low degree of organization lead to the worsening of the problem of peasant workers’rights.
