Abstract
Solving the peasant problem of is the key to the settlement of agriculture,farmer and rural area problems.The generation,development and disappearance of peasant workers will accompany the entire process of China's urbanization and industrialization.Since the system hindering the development of peasant workers cannot be abolished at short notice and that facilitating the development is hard to carry out all at once,investing in human capital,establishing a stable,efficient interactive relation between stimulating the development of peasant workers and investing in human capital,improving peasant workers' cultural quality and professional skills and enhancing their employment competitiveness are good ways to deal with peasant workers issues and promote the workers' development.
