To Explore the Influence of Seminal Plasma Fructose and Anti-sperm Antibody in Male Infertile Patients

Abstract

This is to explore the relationship between seminal plasma fructose,semen antisperm antibody and main semen parameters in male infertile patients,and to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatments.The semen routine analysis on 50cases of male infertile patients were measured with SQA-V automatic sperm quality analyzer.Seminal plasma fructose were measured with resorcin colorimetric method and semen anti-sperm antibody were measured with indirect immunofluorescence method.Among the male infertile patients,sperm concentration in abnormal fructose group is significantly higher than that in normal fructose group,the two groups were statistically significant difference(P0.01).But there were no differences in the sperm total energy and forward movement sperm rate between abnormal and normal fructose group(P0.05).Seminal fructose concentration and sperm motility index(SMI)show a negative correlation relationship(r=-0.372).sperm concentration,sperm total energy,forward movement sperm rate and SMI of semen antisperm antibody positive group were lower than that of negative group(P0.05).Seminal plasma fructose concentration was apparently related to sperm density in patients of male infertility.Seminal fructose concentration and SMI show a negative correlation relationship.Semen anti-sperm antibody could affect sperm concentration,sperm total energy,forward movement sperm rate and sperm motility index.Seminal plasma fructose and semen anti-sperm antibody are important factors to male infertility.
