Abstract
To study the effects of Nuo Di Kang on experimental myocardial ischemia schema in rats acute myocardial ischemia model was performed with left coronary artery descending(LAD)occlusion in Wistar rat heart.ST and NST of electrocardiograph(ECG)were used to evaluate myocardial ischemia extent and region respectively Myocardial infarction area was determined by N BT dying. after LAD occlusin 1.00,0.50 g/kg Ruo Di Kang could reduce ST 29.92%,26.81% at 30min;also reduce NST 14.47%,8.82% lasting to 180Min,respectively.(P0.01,compared with control group).Myocardial infarction district was decreased from 15.14% to 8.15,13.38%(P0.01,P0.05),respectively. Nuo Di Kang could reduce myocardial ischemia extent and myocardial infarction area in experimental ischemia rat hearts.
