Abstract

Objective:Tension-free hernia repair and prevention of complications value and significance.Methods:Retrospective analysis of filling tension-free hernia repair for inguinal hernia clinical data of 52 cases.Results:The operative time(46±22) min,wound healed,and discharged after 3～7d,complication rate was only 1.9%,followed up without recurrence.Conclusion:The tension-free hernia repair trauma,pain,rapid recovery,is the best treatment of inguinal hernia surgical,skilled technical and standardization of operation is the key to preventing complications.
