Report of 116 Cases of Tension-free Inguinal Hernia Repair

Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of tension -free hernia repair inguinal hernia treatment. Methods: 75 cases of various types of inguinal hernia line tension-free hernia repair for the treatment were reviewed. Results: compared with the traditional hernia repair surgery, this is a surgery with easy operation, broad indications, less postoperative pain, rapid recovery, fewer complications and lower recurrence rate. Conclusion: the hernia surgery is in line with the structure of the human anatomy and pathophysiology, which can not be replaced with traditional methods, and should be especially promoted in the hospitals of the grassroots level.
