Research on Influence Factors and Countermeasures of the Expense Control of Medical Insurance

Objectives:To confirm the influence factors of the medical insurance expense control and provide some countermeasures.Methods:The reference study,the expert consultation and the statistical analysis of the influence factors for medical insurance expense control using data collected from Zhenjiang City in Jiangsu Province are used.Results:The major factors are the expense paid in medical insurance,the expense for drug,the age structure and the hospital level.Conclusion:Some strategies about promoting the health propaganda and health education,improving the medical insurance payment system,controlling medical expense and guiding people to hospitalize in reason are proposed.
