Abstract
Objectives To explore the reasons of increasing hospital expense coverage of patients with medical insurance,and the reason that resulted in the deficit of hospitals.Methods The total patients with medical insurance and their hospital expense coverage in 2007,2008 and 2009 were counted.And the related factors were analyzed.Results The hospital expense coverage can be reduced,only if providing rational drug use,developing technological innovation,accelerating bed turnaround and improving society service.Conclusions Some measures need to be implanted to reduce the hospital expense coverage,the expenditure of patients and hospital deficit,to ensure the sustainable development of medical insurance career and hospital construction.
