Abstract

Based on the current situation of medical insurance, the rapid growth phenomenon of medical insurance patients’ medical treatment cost, and from the point view of medical insurance payment, hospital cost accounting and performance management, the paper explores reasonable medical insurance and expense controlling mechanism which suits China.
