Abstract

Objective To probe the range and the significance of PT and APTT of the patients with virus hepatitis Methods To determinate PT and APTT of patients with hepatitis in variou periods and normal people with BC 1 type blood clotting analyzer Results Comparing with PT and APTT of control group, there was no remarked difference in patients with acute hepatitis ( P 0.05) Comparing with PT of control group, there was very remarked difference ( P 0.001) in patients with chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis after hepatitis, severe hepatitis Also there was remarked difference in APTT and the P value was P 0.05, P0.01 and P 0.001 respectively Conclusion The prolongation of PT, APTT showed that the liver synthetic coagulation factors decreased This detection had a significance for the judgement of prognosis and hemorrhage
