Empirical Evaluation and Analysis of Regional Science and Technology Innovation in Fujian Province

Based on the current scientific and technology innovation evaluation method of Fujian Province,aiming at the actual characteristics of technology innovation of the region,this paper builds an evaluation index system of technology innovation in Fujian.The paper also uses factor analysis method and analytic hierarchy principle to carry out empirical evaluation and analysis of technology innovation of Fujian Province from 2001 to 2008.The paper finally explores the major obstacle to technological innovation in Fujian,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
