The Empirical Analysis of Economic Effect of Fujian Province in Undertaking the Industry Transfer of Taiwan:Basing on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Basing on the perspective of economic effect, it builds the effectevaluation index system of undertaking industrial transfer of Taiwan in Fujian Province. Using fuzzy evaluation model to evaluate the index system for empirical analysis, it shows that its influence on the industrial structure of Fujian is great,however its impact on the Fujian industrial upgrading is limit. The Industry Association of Taiwan funded enterprises bring to Fujian is not high, and Taiwan'sindustrial transfer did not produce technology spillover effect, meanwhile Fujian is far behind other provinces on the introduction of Taiwan industry structure. Fujian province should strengthen the decision-making, taking measures in the aspects of development planning, docking mode, the division and layout, in order to improve the economic effect of Fujian province to undertake industrial transfer from Taiwan.
