Abstract

Objective Discussion the change of Traditional Chinese medicine compound Yi Tang Kangon simlar type 2 diabetic rats, after the intervention of blood lipid, body weight and monocyte chemo attractant Protein(MCP-1).Methods The 50 male Wistar rats were randomly divide into 3 groups(normal group, model group, and Traditional Chinese medicine compound treating group). The rats were made by intraperitoneally injected STZ to them, and Traditional Chinese medicine compound treating group used Yi Tang Kang administered orally for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the body weight, fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood fat of all rats were measured and the expression of MCP-1 were determinated. Results Traditional Chinese medicine compound treating group could significantly decreased the levels of BG,TG and MCP-1,and decreased the levels of LDL-C compared with that in the modelgroup(P 0.01).In 4 weeks,Weight in treating group and normal group had not different significantly(P O.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Yi Tang Kangcan through intervent the level of FBG,blood fat and blood of MCP-1 on type 2 diabetic rats, reducing the risk of diabetes merge trunk pathological change.
