Study on Cold Resistance of Different Pear Varieties in Yanbian Area

Abstract

Differences of cold resistance in different pear varieties and their soluble sugar,free proline,soluble protein contents and bound water/free water were detected from 2004 to 2005 in Yanbian area.The results showed that the relationship between relative electric conductance and injury ratio and temperature presented obviously negative correlation.The cold resistance sequence of the pear varieties was DaxiangshuiShanliNanguoliZaosuliXiaoxiangshuiXiehuatianPingguoli by the b value.
