Perfecting Water Price Forming Mechanism and Promoting Water Resources Effective Allocation of the Yellow River

Based on looking back the water price evolving process in the Yellow River basin, the paper analyzes the main problems with the current water price of the Yellow River and puts forward to ulteriorly perfect water price forming mechanism and promotes the reasonable flow and effective allocation of the water resources of Yellow River from the following ways: to establish the water price system that adapt to the socialism market economy; to constitute the water compensation-adjustment mechanism; and to perfect the policy of water charge collection and management.
