Review on the Compensation Scope, Standard and Method of Land Requisition System

Land requisition system came into beings starting at planned economy, and land compensation as one of the most important issues of land requisition system, which always been a hot topic between theoretician and land management department this branch of government. This paper has reviewed some primary aspects of land compensation of land requisition system, such as the necessity and premise of land compensation, the standard and scope of land compensation, calculation methods, to put forward to a summarization, in order to have a good cognition of the land compensation towards the land requisition system, finding the deficiency and perfecting the system.
