Abstract

China's west development is a vast and complicated system project, and talent resources development is the preceding condition of the vast project, and the kdy of the success of China's west development strategy. This article analyses the present situation of labour power basic quality low and the lack of talent resouces of China's west. And expounds the serious restraint of the lack of talent resources as for China's west development. And puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening talent resources development of China's west.
