Abstract
By analyzing the importance of talent resources development in West China, this paper discusses the current situation of talent resources and the factors impeding the development of talent resources in the Western Region. The paper argues that the keys to talent resources development in the Western Region are renewing the sense of use of personnel, creating favorable conditions for talents to do pioneering work, fully utilizing talents available, devoting major efforts to improve education for fostering keeping and attracting talents.
