Abstract

Objective To investigate the application of multi-tumor markers protein chip diagnosis system in the Pancreatic cancer. Methods The multi-tumor markers protein chip diagnosis system was used to determine and analyze the concentrations of 12 tumor markers(CA19-9、CA242、CEA、CA15-3、CA125、AFP、PSA、F-PSA、NSE、β-HCG、HGH、Fe) in 30 patients with pancreatic cancer and 30 healthy persons. Results There was at least one kind of tumor markers found elevated in the 27 patients of 30 patients (positive ratio is 90%).There were 3 healthy persons found elevated (positive ratio is 10%).By t-test,3 kinds of tumor markers (CA19-9,CA242,CEA) were significant in statistics and were selected out from 12 tumor markers.Among those tumor markers CA19-9 was the best diagnosis index;its sensitivity and specificity were 80% and 90%,respectively.The sensitivity of the combined assay was 93.3%.Conclusion Application of multi-tumor markers protein chip diagnosis system is helpful for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
