Abstract

The talents resources management is becoming more and more important in enterprise management. From the relationship between talents exploration and economic growth, the paper analyzes the reasons for China to adopt strategy of becoming a powerful nation with talents and the existing problems, putting forward some countermeasures for the exploration of talents.
