Comparison of Regional Technical Innovation Efficiency Between Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province

The paper firstly puts forward theefficiency paradoxby comparing the input and output of technical innovation of Zhejiang province with that of Jiangsu province. The authors think that the efficiency induced by regional technical innovation is that including marketing efficiency and social efficiency of regional technical innovation. Theefficiency paradoxcan be explained by comparing the model of regional technical innovation of Jiangsu Province with that of Zhejiang Province and demonstration analysis of the regional technical innovation efficiency of that. At last the authors make some suggestions to meet the improvement of regional technical innovation efficiency.
