Comparative Study of Regional Technical Innovation——Based on the Analysis of Panel Data of 17 Cities in Shandong Province

Abstract

The technical innovation efficiency of 17 cities in Shandong Province has been analyzed by constructing evaluation System and using DEA method.The results show that parts of Shandong province did not take full advantage of its innovation investment,and the technological innovation and efficiency in a certain area may not agree with their technical innovation capabilities and the level of economic development.In order to improve the efficiency of technological innovation,the region should develop technological innovation policies according to their local conditions.
