Abstract
Aim To establish a method for determining Danshensu in Yindanxinnaotong capsules by HPLC.Methods The Stationary phase was Alltech Apollo C18 column(5 μm,4.6!mm×150 mm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(3∶96∶0.6).UV detection wavelength was 280 nm.The detection was 10 μl.Results The linear range of Danshensu was within 0.12768~0.6384 μg,r=0.99969,and its sample recovery was 98.06%,and RSD was 1.36%(n=5).Conclusion This method is simple,reliable and of good repeatability.It can be used for the quality control of the products.
