Abstract
Objective To determine the content of Danshensu in Guanmaining capsules.Methods A HPLC method was adopted.The chromatographic column was shim-pack VP-ODS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase was 0.5% acetic acid glacial-methanol(93∶7).Flow rate was 0.8ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results A linearity was obtained for emodin(r=0.9998),and the average recovery rate was 98.76%(n=6).RSD was 1.18%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and accurate,and very suitable to the quantitative determination of Danshensu in Guanmaining capsules.
