Abstract

Polysaccharide of Tricholoma matsutake fruitbodies was extracted under different conditions. The results showed that the polysaccharide productivity was the highest when extracted by aether and methyl alcohol followed by 2% Na 2CO 3 extraction in the microwave. The contents of polysaccharide in stem and coronal were 3.02% and 3.65% respectively.
