Abstract
The optimal extraction conditions of Tricholoma Matsutake polysaccharide were studied using caroid, pectinase and cellulase simultaneously, and we have studied on the molecular weight distribution of Tricholoma Matsutake fruit body polysaccharide by GPC.The results was:2.0 % caroid,2.0 % pectinase plus 2.0 % cellulase, extraction temperature is 60 ℃,extraction time is 80 min and pH4.0,polysaccharide yield is 6.5 %,polysaccharide's molecular weight distribution of Tricholoma Matsutake is from 2 ku to 410 ku,different composition content is far different. Results showed that Tricholoma Matsutake polysaccharide extracted by using complex enzyme was available, and the compose of polysaccharide was complex.
