Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience and method of diagnostic and surgical treatment of intraductal papilloma of breast. Methods The clinical features of 51 cases with intraductal papilloma of breast determined by pathology were reviewed. Results The galactography sensitivity with intraductal papilloma of breast was 74.5%(38/51); localization exact rate was 98%(50/51). Conclusion Radiographs with galactography of intraductal papilloma of breast is a simple and basic radialogic method. The lesions must be resected, Applications of the simple and easy microdrain decrease the postoperative complications. We must notice carcinomatous change of this disease nipple discharge of blood.
